Release Paper for Screen Printing

What is screen printing?

Screen printing is a stencil printing process that is mainly used in sign and textile printing. In screen printing, printing ink is pressed through a screen onto the substrate using a squeegee – this pressure is applied to a transfer paper. In this way, a very smooth and soft pressure can be generated, which forms a slightly rubberized handle and a closed surface. Extremely fine details and up to twelve colors are possible with screen printing.
